Autumn has passed and the western states are readying themselves for a cold winter. Snow blankets the ground, first in crisp beautiful sheets of white and then muddy slosh as feet and a suns constant glare melt it down. Farmers are coasting through winter life on money and supplies gathered during the warmer months as most farming lies dormant in the west. Cattle ranchers work hard to keep their stock well and warm, and any other supplies are often brought in via the railroad to Ironhaven and any other small towns lucky enough to be centered around a platform. It's time to bundle up from the coldest part of the year! Be wary of snowstorms.

A top-class whore in Ironhaven (as top-class as a whore can be), Adele Laurent is a woman who sank from high-class to slums through a series of more-than-unfortunate events, but still keeps her head high despite her circumstances (which she is always scheming to escape). This month she takes home Female of the Month through her development as a character and her activity. Thank you to all who voted my character Adele in for Female of the Month!

Zedock Ellis Swearengen is Ironhaven's resident badass as well as the top pimp in this dusty town. He has catered to the sins of Ironhaven for years now and has a solid foot in the political door. Played by Hud, Zed is one of our most colorful male characters on the site and has appeared in plenty of threads. Hud does well to bring Swearengen to life on RFTW and has thrown him in many different directions to liven up whatever thread he may appear in with his shocking use of language.
